What material are your pieces made from?

Our jewellery is crafted from premium tarnish-resistant stainless steel. It is hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and built to last. Some pieces are finished in 316L surgical-grade steel — we specify this in individual product descriptions where applicable.

How long does shipping take?

We ship nationwide across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 8 to 11 working days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,000. Orders below R1,000 may attract a standard shipping fee at checkout.

What comes with my order?

Every order includes a free Scripture Gift Bag and a ‘Jesus Paid It All’ scripture card — perfect for gifting or keeping as a personal reminder of grace.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original condition. Please contact us at pulseglobaltrade@gmail.com to initiate a return.

How do bundle discounts work?

We offer automatic bundle savings at checkout: buy 2 items and save 18%, or buy 3 items and save 25%. Simply add the qualifying number of items to your cart — the discount is applied automatically with code BUNDLE2 or BUNDLE3.
