Our Returns Policy
At Wear Your Faith ZA, we want you to love your piece. We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy — no cash refunds, except where required by law (see below).
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- A flat R100 return handling fee applies to change-of-mind exchanges, covering return shipping and processing — you don't need to arrange your own courier
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return in full and waive the R100 handling fee
- Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible customers may choose a refund, repair, or replacement instead of an exchange
How to Return
Contact us at support@wearyourfaithza.co.za or WhatsApp 064 545 5355 with your order number and details, within 30 days of receiving your order, to initiate a return.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be inspected and your exchange or store credit to be issued.

Material varies by piece — check the product page for the exact material of the item you've purchased (e.g. 316L surgical-grade stainless steel or plated finishes). Generally:
- 316L surgical-grade stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing, rust, and discolouration compared to sterling silver or plated jewellery
- Wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth after wear to keep it looking its best
- Store in the pouch or box provided when not in use
- To extend the life and shine of any piece, we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to:
- Water (especially saltwater and chlorinated pools)
- Sweat, lotions, and perfumes
- Harsh chemicals and cleaning products
- Prolonged direct sunlight
Allergic Reactions
Our jewellery is made using high-quality materials, including 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, widely regarded as hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. However, we cannot guarantee that every customer will be free from skin reactions. If you have known metal sensitivities, please contact us to confirm the exact material of a specific piece before purchasing.
Wear Your Faith ZA is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from normal wear of our products.
