Delivery Information
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery via Aramex takes an estimated 8–11 working days.
Total estimated delivery time: 9–13 business days from the date you place your order, combining processing and transit. We know this is a wait, and we'd rather set the right expectation upfront than promise something faster than we can reliably deliver.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over R1,000
- Standard shipping: R95 flat rate on orders under R1,000
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime via our Track My Order page, or reach us on WhatsApp: 064 545 5355.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it out again.
Delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on standard courier timelines and are not guaranteed. Public holidays, courier disruptions, or deliveries to rural or outlying areas may occasionally extend these timeframes. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@wearyourfaithza.co.za and we'll investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.
